Laura Gray

Realtor®

Agents without passion are like foods without taste, which would make our Laura like the most ridiculously delicious pizza or nachos or sundae you’ve ever had. Translation: the girl’s got flavor. Laura is highly skilled, awesomely organized and can negotiate like nobody’s business. Plus, having worked in non-profits for years, she deeply appreciates the importance of a client-first approach. She grew up on the east coast, graduated from Hartwick College in NY and then moved to Colorado where she found her soulmate state. She’s hooked on world travel, obsessed with the outdoors, and loves eating weird food, like the time she ate field mouse in Asia, bones and all. Don’t ask…or do.

What Drives You?

Making mundane things fun and exciting, helping people find their dream homes, and making real estate a stress-free—or at least low-stress—experience that my clients genuinely enjoy.

Why Real Estate?

Because houses rock. I’ve always loved them. My family moved 7 times before I graduated high school and I was always the one to go along with my Dad on the showings. Now as a Realtor®, my favorite part is seeing my clients' smile as they hand off or receive the keys at closing. It’s also a job that keeps me moving and on my toes.

Where’s Your Happy Place?

In a poorly executed headstand in yoga class or right-side-up (mostly) at the climbing gym.

Why are you at Spaces?

Because it’s where ALL agents are honest, trustworthy and hardworking. ALL of us know each other, care about our work and are relentlessly client-focused. ALL of us think outside the box, and honestly, ALL of us are a little weird (just the way I like it).

My Friends would describe me as:

  • Truthful
  • Outgoing
  • Hardworking
  • Silly
Laura eased the very daunting process of buying a home in this competitive market while living out of state. She thought outside of the box to help us find a home in a dream location, rather than settle for something else. Megan
