Stefania Damiani

Client Concierge for Adam Kroll / Realtor®

Stefania is a woman of the world—and many talents. She was born in Tuscany where she earned a degree in accounting, but began her career in marketing and project management for a high-end apparel firm. Sound like a strange jump? She doesn’t see it that way. Stefania gained awesome organization, negotiation and people skills in the process, so after moving to the U.S. and buying her first home, this animal lover realized that high-quality real estate service was her next calling. Today, she thrives on giving undivided individual attention to her clients, and of course, her son Wyatt, named after Wyatt Earp. Stefania has a serious thing for the Old West.

What Drives You?

Curiosity and an almost uncontainable passion for what I do. There is a sign in my kitchen that says, "I'm Italian. I cannot keep calm.”

Why Real Estate?

I love meeting people of all kinds and cultures and helping them in any way I can. I always end up being the person who helps clean the house, fix up the yard, drive my client to an emergency room (true story). I really need to learn to draw the line…haha!

Where’s Your Happy Place?

Smack in the middle of a line dance.

Why are you at Spaces?

The client-first philosophy and the friendships among all of us here.

Stefania Damiani sold my house. She is the third person to sell one of my houses and she worked far harder for me than the previous two. Being an absent seller, I had to rely on Stefania to care for my house while I was away. I do not know what I would have done without her. She helped me decide which efforts would help the most to sell my house and helped me make them happen. She also helped ease my many house-selling anxieties, which was greatly appreciated. I would not hesitate to use Stefania as my agent again and I have highly recommended her to my friends. Marshall
