His legal name is Chad, but his surf friends call him “Chum” because this guy has a serious habit of getting injured in the water. He’s survived 2 nearly severed toes, 3 broken ribs, and multiple contusions, but sharks know better than to mess with Chad. He’s a Colorado-born family man who spent 20 years in medical sales and consulting before switching careers to real estate. His wife Amy is here at Spaces too, and it’s their dream is to make it a family affair by persuading their teenage daughter to join in. (It may be a few years off, but hey, we can dream!) Chad is kind, calm and a 16-year Longmont resident who loves his community and being a part of it.

What Drives You?
My wife and family are my primary motivators. Amy and I have made sacrifices, worked side by side, changed careers and supported each other in every way possible to create a net positive experience for our family.
Why Real Estate?
I've always had interest in this profession. Early in my career, the transition into the medical industry was easy, and I was good at it. But as I grew older and my professional life matured, I felt that I could provide more value to the community through real estate — helping clients navigate the home purchase process and managing the deep emotions that come with it.
Where’s Your Happy Place?
A lazy Saturday in Longmont or Maui with my girls, a big burrito and an ice-cold margarita or mai-tai.
Why are you at Spaces?
It was an easy choice once Amy and I decided to do this profession together. We were looking for a place where integrity, family, ethical practice, intelligence and fun were all in one. That's Spaces.
