From making burritos and promoting bands to selling music memorabilia, this guy has seen his share of gigs. The way we see it, all that was just practice for his greatest performance yet: as an agent here at Spaces. He’s sharp. He’s professional. He’s dependable. And he’s a mandolin-playing, backcountry-snowboarding, Philadelphia Flyer lover who loves building relationships as much as he loves bluegrass (a lot). David’s a CU grad who hails from Philly but has spent nearly half his life in Boulder. Consequently, he knows every inch of the local scene and loves helping people find home here—a tune we think we can all sing to.

What Drives You?
Real estate is both a professional and personal passion. I’m in constant pursuit of a fulfilling lifestyle here in Boulder as I assist homeowners in their journeys while also working to build my own real estate portfolio.
Why Real Estate?
I love getting people into their ideal living situations and helping my friends realize financial security through homeownership. Most of my friends are in their thirties, getting married and starting families, so it’s been a blessing to grow up together and be able to help out with such a big part of their lives.
Where’s Your Happy Place?
A concert at Red Rocks or Jazz Fest in New Orleans.
Why are you at Spaces?
I love being part of a culture that’s so deeply rooted in personal relationships. This team empowers me to be the best version of myself and grow my business through referrals and meaningful interactions, which isn’t something you find at every brokerage.
